The Stingrays are an age group competitive swimming team. Swimmers compete in meets based on gender and age as of December 1.

| Mon. through Thurs. 5:45 - 7:00 pm |
| Minimum of two practices per week to be eligible for competing in swim meets. |
| Stingers are encouraged to make more than two practices per week. |

| A's & B's: Minimum of
four practices per week to be eligible for competing in swim meets.
C's: Minimum of three practices per week to be eligible for competing in swim meets. |
